IF I OWN TWO PROPERTIES IN WEST NIPISSING, IN DIFFERENT WARDS, IN WHICH DO I VOTE?

The rule of thumb is that you vote in the ward in which you have your primary residence, so you “vote where you sleep”. If you own two properties in West Nipissing and neither of which is your primary residence (you reside elsewhere), then you can only vote in ONE ward.

CAN I VOTE FOR SOMEONE ELSE BY PROXY?

No.  The Municipality of West Nipissing does not permit proxy voting.  Since a Vote By Mail system is being used, ballots will be mailed to land owners at their primary mailing address.
