Agenda Item Request

This form is intended for use exclusively by members of the Municipal Council of West Nipissing. Requests are subject to approval and scheduling by the CAO or designate.

Every effort will be made to accommodate agenda item requests. Certain items may be moved to subsequent Agendas to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately. In such case you will be notified.

If your item requires staff research or documentation, submit your request 14 days prior to the Agenda distribution date. If no such input is required, 7 days prior is acceptable.
