Les ULS sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par plusieurs noms diff\u00e9rents, notamment unit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle suppl\u00e9mentaire, appartement au sous-sol, logement interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel, loft de garage ou minimaison. Les configurations suivantes sont autoris\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une ULS dans le logement principal<\/li>\n<li>Deux ULS dans le logement principal<\/li>\n<li>Une ULS dans l\u2019habitation principale et une ULS dans une structure accessoire<\/li>\n<li>Une ULS dans une structure accessoire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><em><br \/>R\u00e9glementation :<\/em><\/h5>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La superficie brute de l\u2019ULS doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la surface brute de plancher de l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation principale.<\/li>\n<li>Les ULS qui sont d\u00e9tach\u00e9es du logement principal (par exemple, une minimaison ou un loft de garage) ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es dans la cour avant et doivent \u00eatre situ\u00e9es \u00e0 un minimum de 1,2 m\u00e8tre des lignes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 lat\u00e9rales et arri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Une place de stationnement est requise pour chaque ULS, en plus des places de stationnement requises pour le logement principal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53c5057 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"53c5057\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8590538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8590538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles dot\u00e9es d\u2019un service priv\u00e9 (puits et\/ou fosse septique) :<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f640a44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f640a44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s situ\u00e9es dans les zones r\u00e9sidentielles, rurales et agricoles un qui sont partiellement ou enti\u00e8rement desservies par un r\u00e9seau priv\u00e9 (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire par un puits et\/ou une fosse septique) sont autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 avoir un logement suppl\u00e9mentaire dans une maison individuelle ou jumel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h5><em>R\u00e9glementation :<\/em><\/h5>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La superficie brute de l\u2019ULS ne peut exc\u00e9der 75 % de la superficie brute de l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation principale.<\/li>\n<li>Une place de stationnement est requise pour l\u2019ULS, en plus des places de stationnement requises pour le logement principal.\u00a0 Cette place de stationnement ne doit pas donner lieu \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une entr\u00e9e s\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95de84d e-flex des services sociaux du district de Nipissing cherche \u00e0 augmenter le nombre de logements locatifs abordables en aidant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des unit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires dans des r\u00e9sidences principales existantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son programme d\u2019unit\u00e9s de logement suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d69b751 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d69b751\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-728fdda e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"728fdda\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7832ffb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7832ffb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 id=\"h-description-du-programme\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description du programme<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le programme fournit un financement aux propri\u00e9taires \u00e9ligibles pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un logement suppl\u00e9mentaire dans la r\u00e9sidence principale du propri\u00e9taire ou sur le lot de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, lorsque cela est autoris\u00e9 par les r\u00e8glements municipaux.<\/li>\n<li>75 % des co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un maximum de 50 000 $, sont couverts par un pr\u00eat-subvention.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant la dur\u00e9e du pr\u00eat, le propri\u00e9taire fournira un loyer abordable \u00e0 un locataire \u00e9ligible. La p\u00e9riode d\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 15 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"h-criteres-d-admissibilite-au-programme\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 au programme<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les unit\u00e9s cr\u00e9\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre modestes par rapport aux normes de la communaut\u00e9 en termes de surface et de commodit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les loyers doivent \u00eatre \u00e9gaux ou inf\u00e9rieurs au loyer moyen du march\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ques et de logement pour le district de Nipissing pendant toute la p\u00e9riode de remboursement du pr\u00eat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le locataire doit satisfaire aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de revenu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les imp\u00f4ts fonciers et les paiements hypoth\u00e9caires doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 jour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La couverture d\u2019assurance doit \u00eatre en place pour la pleine valeur de la maison, y compris le logement suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La construction doit commencer dans les 120 jours suivant la date de l\u2019accord de financement ou de la lettre d\u2019entente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
