Le&nbsp;pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement porte sur une&nbsp;demande de modification au R\u00e8glement&nbsp;de&nbsp;zonage (dossier no ZBLA2021\/16) pour modifier le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but et l\u2019effet du R\u00e8glement&nbsp;<strong>2023\/47<\/strong>&nbsp;est de modifier le R\u00e8glement de zonage global no 2014-45&nbsp;:.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Section 4.2 &#8211; Usages, b\u00e2timents et structures accessoires : &#8211; Augmenter la marge de recul minimale pour les structures accessoires dans les zones rurales (RU), r\u00e9sidentielles rurales (RR), agricoles (A1) et agricoles 2 (A2) de 1,2 m \u00e0 3 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Section 4.2.11 &#8211; Conteneurs d&#8217;entreposage\/b\u00e2timents en acier galvanis\u00e9 : permettre une (1) seule structure accessoire en acier galvanis\u00e9 dans les zones .R- 1 R4 et permettre un conteneur d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition OU une (1) structure en acier galvanis\u00e9 dans la zone SR \u00e0 condition que le lot ait une superficie minimale de 4 000 m2 (1 acre) et que le conteneur d&#8217;entreposage ou le b\u00e2timent en acier galvanis\u00e9 soit assujetti aux dispositions relatives aux structures accessoires de la zone SR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Section 4.28.1 &#8211; Utilisations temporaires &#8211; pour permettre un conteneur d&#8217;entreposage ou une remorque pendant la construction, pour une p\u00e9riode maximale d&#8217;un an, \u00e0 condition qu&#8217;un permis de construire actif soit en vigueur ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. tableau 6.3 &#8211; Nombre maximal de logements &#8211; pour inclure les nouvelles dispositions de la Loi sur l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement du territoire dans les zones R\u00e9sidentielle un et R\u00e9sidentielle deux (R1 et R2) et modifier une erreur typographique dans les zones R\u00e9sidentielle rurale (RR) et R\u00e9sidentielle riveraine (SR) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Note (b) &#8211; Tableaux 9.1 et 9.2 : Modifier les notes des tableaux 9.1 et 9.2 en ce qui concerne les utilisations permises dans les zones rurales (RU) pour les lots ayant une superficie inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 4 hectares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les observations orales et \u00e9crites relatifs \u00e0 ce R\u00e8glement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s par le Conseil avant que la pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision ne soit prise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re date pour d\u00e9poser un avis d\u2019appel est le June 19, 2023 Cet avis d\u2019appel doit \u00eatre&nbsp;d\u00e9pos\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de la&nbsp;greffi\u00e8re municipale de&nbsp;la Corporation&nbsp;de la Municipalit\u00e9 de Nipissing Ouest&nbsp;et&nbsp;doit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>\u00eatre par \u00e9crit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9tablir les motifs de l\u2019appel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eatre&nbsp;accompagn\u00e9&nbsp;des frais du Tribunal ontarien de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire de 1,100 $, qui ne peuvent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s que par ch\u00e8que certifi\u00e9 ou mandat de poste libell\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du Ministre des&nbsp;finances de la&nbsp;province de l\u2019Ontario.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le formulaire d\u2019appel&nbsp;est disponible aupr\u00e8s du&nbsp;Tribunal ontarien de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire sur son site Web \u00e0 l\u2019adresse&nbsp;suivante:&nbsp;:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/olt.gov.on.ca\/forms-submissions\/\">https:\/\/olt.gov.on.ca\/forms-submissions\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seules les personnes, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et les organismes publics peuvent interjeter appel d\u2019un r\u00e8glement devant le Tribunal ontarien de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire. Un avis d\u2019appel ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par une association ou un groupe non constitu\u00e9 en personne morale.
