Le poste, vacant depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, \u00e9tait g\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l&#8217;intervalle par le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que Directrice des services d&#8217;infrastructure, Henning rendra compte au Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de tous les actifs et capitaux d&#8217;infrastructure. Elle fournira un soutien direct aux d\u00e9partements des travaux publics, des ordures et recyclage, ainsi qu&#8217;aux op\u00e9rations d&#8217;eaux et assainissements. Sous la direction d&#8217;Elizabeth, ces \u00e9quipes continueront de collaborer et d&#8217;aligner la prestation des services municipaux avec les objectifs \u00e0 long terme du Conseil visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie dans le Nipissing Ouest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Henning travaille au sein de la Municipalit\u00e9 depuis pr\u00e8s de deux ans \u00e0 titre de Superviseure de projet des travaux publics. Elle entre dans ce r\u00f4le avec des connaissances pertinentes et appliqu\u00e9es, dont 11 ann\u00e9es d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience en gestion de projet au minist\u00e8re des Transports (MTO), o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait ing\u00e9nieure de projet principale impliqu\u00e9e dans les phases de conception de routes et de construction d&#8217;autoroutes dans tout le nord-est de l&#8217;Ontario. Son exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable dans le secteur priv\u00e9 est \u00e9galement un atout.
