Il est donc fortement recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 tout acheteur potentiel d&#8217;obtenir un avis juridique ind\u00e9pendant pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;il n&#8217;enfreint pas la Loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est de la seule responsabilit\u00e9 des soumissionnaires d&#8217;enqu\u00eater sur les d\u00e9tails de ce qui constitue une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle non canadienne, sur les exceptions ou les exclusions, ou sur toute autre question ou d\u00e9cision relative \u00e0 la Loi.
