Take notice that at a meeting held on February 1, 2022, Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Nipissing recommended to close and sell the unopened roads known as Beaconsfield Avenue and Argyle Street and surplus lands known as Blocks 39-44, Plan 35 and Blocks 45-48, Plan 35, to the abutting landowner in accordance with By-Law No. 2021/18.
The lands were declared surplus by Resolution No. 2001/348.
Council will pass a By-Law at its meeting of May 25, 2022 to authorize the sale of the lands.
