A consultation is required for any Demolition Project needing landfill site dumping.

A Building and Demolition Permit is required before taking down all or part of a building. Fill out the Building and Demolition Permit Application Form and return to the Municipal Office by email, fax, or in person. No other documentation is required unless the building is bigger than 600 sq.m. For more information, please contact our Building Services team.
