The tender document shall be signed on all pages and complete in all respects. The tender must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of ten (10%) per cent of the amount bid in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft and made payable to The Corporation of the Municpality of West Nipssing. The deadline for submitting the tender is November 22nd at the Municipal office at 101-225 Holditch Street, Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, P2B 1T1 and must be clearly marked as TENDER NO. 2024-022 SCOUT’S ISLAND PROPERTY TENDER.
