The Municipality of West Nipissing invites sealed bids for the surplus equipment listed below. Submissions will be received up to but not later than 4 PM on  Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the Municipal Office located at 101-225 Holditch St., Sturgeon Falls. Each item will be sold without warranty, on an as-is-where-is basis. At no time shall any claim be made against the Municipality of West Nipissing with respect to any material or equipment. Once the bid has been selected, payment will be accepted by cash or debit.

Bid Submissions

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Surplus Equipment with the item title indicated on the outside of the envelope, and your full address and phone number on your bid sheet inside, addressed to:

Submissions must be dropped off at the Municipal Office located at 101-225 Holditch Street. Bids will be deemed to have been received when a Municipal representative has stamped the envelope with the time and date of receipt. Bids not received by 4 PM on Wednesday, August 16. 2023 , will not be considered. Proposals submitted electronically or by facsimile will not be considered. The owner may decide, at its sole discretion, that no proposal submitted will be accepted.
