UPDATE: Eugene Road has been reopened.

The Eugene Bridge Replacement project is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 9, 2024. The bridge area will be closed to all traffic for four weeks. Please note that timelines are subject to change. 

The Municipality of West Nipissing and the contractor, Ed Seguin and Sons, ask that residents, transportation providers and emergency services be prepared to use alternative routes during this time. Only local traffic at Highway 64 and at Rainville Road will have access. The road will be completely closed to all traffic at the location of the bridge.
