Therapy in Colour

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Maman Loup’s, Lisa Q will host the opening reception of her exhibition, Therapy in Colour. This interactive community art event highlights the intersections of creativity, healing, and mental health awareness through vibrant, storytelling-based artwork.

The evening will feature:

A gallery showcase of original artwork exploring resilience, identity, and lived experiences with mental health.

Live local performances to enrich the cultural atmosphere.

Food and refreshments for guests to enjoy.

Interactive workshops encouraging community participation and dialogue.

Tickets are $10 each, with 50% of proceeds donated to The Alliance Centre to support local mental health initiatives.

Therapy in Colour is designed not only as an art show but also as a gathering space to promote healing, conversation, and community connection.
