Sturgeon Falls Landfill
The Sturgeon Falls landfill will be open free of charge to residents of Cache Bay, Springer and Sturgeon Falls during the following days:
Saturday, May 3 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Monday to Friday, May 5–9 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday, May 10 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Monday to Friday, May 12–16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Maximum of 3 cubic yards of household waste – approximately a full pick-up truck per resident.
- The Spring Cleanup service is for residents only. Regular fees remain in effect for construction, demolition, and commercial waste.
- Household hazardous waste is to be brought to the Hazardous Waste Site in North Bay (free of charge).

West Nipissing Environmental Services provides leaf and yard waste pickup for households serviced by the municipal curbside program on:
