All Landfills accepts leaf and yard waste at no cost during regular hours of operation.
Leaf and Yard Waste Collection
The Sturgeon Falls curbside recycling program includes leaf and yard waste pick-up in the Sturgeon Falls area for household having access to curbside collection. West Nipissing Environmental Services offers this service. It is not currently available for residents in other areas who are served by a different contractors.

- Leaves
- Branches
- Shrubs
- Garden waste
- Grass clippings
Remember
- Waste contained in plastic bags is not acceptable
- Only use biodegradable yard waste bags, garbage cans, or place loosely
- No stumps or logs
- Residents are encouraged to leave grass clippings on your lawn
- Leaf and yard waste must not be mixed with any other garbage
- Leaf and yard waste cannot be collected as regular garbage (at the curb or in the landfill)
- Branches should be bundled and no longer than 3 feet.
