Leduc Road Bridge Closed Until Further Notice

The Municipality of West Nipissing advises residents that the Leduc Road Bridge remains closed until further notice due to flooding and a severe build-up of debris and logs.

Prior to reopening, the bridge will require a full inspection by structural engineers to determine the extent of any damage and ensure the structure is safe for public use. Inspection work cannot proceed until water levels have receded and the logs have been safely removed from the site.

Please note that residents can still access their properties via Highway 539 or Highway 575.

For safety reasons, residents and motorists are reminded to respect all posted signage and road closure barriers and to stay away from the bridge area.
