A by-law to provide standards and vital services for the maintenance of the physical condition and occupancy of property within the Municipality of West Nipissing. Residents can submit a complaint using the Complaint and Agreement Form if they feel a property is not being maintained according to standards by the owner or landlord as per this by-law. Fees pertaining to inspections can be found on page 22 of the by-law document (see schedule E). Completed complaint forms can be emailed to support@westnipissing.ca.
