The Council of the Municipality of West Nipissing will consider a by-law at the regular meeting of Council on June 2, 2026 at 6:30PMto stop up and close the unmaintained Booth Street road allowance lying between Mary Street and Anderson Street, being PIN no. 49076-0262, and more particularly described as Booth Street, Established by Registered Plan 31, Town of Cache Bay, Municipality of West Nipissing, located as shown on the key map below.
The Booth Street road allowance as shown on Registered Plan 31, located in the Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing is to be stopped up and closed for the purpose of conveying the lands.
Council will, at the said meeting hear any person, by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
