Legault Street

The Council of the Municipality of West Nipissing will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on May 16, 2022, at 6:30 PM a by-law to close a portion of the Legault Street road allowance (45.72m x 20.124m), as shown on the map and described herein. 

That portion of Legault Street, being part of Parcel Streets – 1 on Plan 36M527, Geographic Township of Crerar, Municipality of West Nipissing, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to an owner of land abutting the said roadway. 

At the meeting, Council will consider the written submission of any person or corporation who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law.

Written submissions may be submitted to the undersigned on or before May 10, 2023.

Simcoe Street

The Council of the Municipality of West Nipissing will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on May 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM a by-law to close a portion of the Simcoe Street road allowance (20.117m x 20.108m), as shown on the map and described herein. 

That portion of Simcoe Street, being part of Simcoe Street – Part 1 on Plan 36R-15058, Geographic Town of Sturgeon Falls, Municipality of West Nipissing, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to an owner of land abutting the said roadway. 

At the meeting, Council will consider the written submission of any person or corporation who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law.

Written submissions may be submitted to the undersigned on or before May 10, 2023.
