With summer water demand remaining high, the Municipality is asking all residents to respect the lawn and garden watering restrictions in effect from June 1 to September 30.
Following this by-law helps conserve water, maintain municipal storage levels, and ensure adequate water pressure throughout the community. This is especially important during our lowest rainfall period as our water sources are not replenishing fast enough.
How to follow the Outdoor Watering By-law:
If your address ends with an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9):
You can water your lawns and gardens on odd-numbered days.
If your address ends with an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8):
You can water your lawns and gardens on even-numbered days.
