Effective March 21, 2022, Ontario is lifting mandatory masking requirements in most settings. As a result, the public is no longer required to wear a face-covering in municipal facilities, however; residents who prefer to wear one, are welcome to do so. Please be kind and respect the choices of others.

Masking continues to be required in certain settings such as on public transit, and in health care settings.

The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit encourages residents to continue to be vigilant and assess each situation individually as they decide whether or not to wear a face covering.
