Please join us in wishing Lynn Duhaime a well-deserved retirement! In 1992, Lynn started her career in public service working in Economic Development. Throughout her 30 years of service, Lynn worked in every facet of Community Services, including Municipal Development, Special Events, the Info Centre, the Museum, Marina, and the Recreation Centre.

Lynn has served on many committees working towards the betterment of West Nipissing, including the Accessibility and Beautification committees. Her work has taken her to all areas of the municipality and allowed her to get to know each community. Lynn has said that the last ten years she’s spent working in recreation has been her favourite; giving her the opportunity to interact with people from all over. She’ll hold a special place in her heart for the Parade of lights, because “nothing’s better than seeing the childrens’ faces light up when they see Santa.”

Those who had the pleasure of working or volunteering with Lynn know just how dedicated and passionate she is. Her years of service have been marked with dedication, care, and love for her community. Lynn, we want to thank you for a job well done, for your leadership and commitment. We send our very best wishes for a happy retirement.
