Due to unforeseen production and mailing issues, the arrival of vote-by-mail kits for the upcoming Municipal and School Board Elections was delayed. The kits were mailed on October 3, most of which have arrived at local postal facilities. To compensate for the delay, the Municipality will provide additional hours and locations to return a ballot in person. 

Electors who have received a voting kit and do not require changes have until October 13 to return their ballot by mail to ensure delivery for Election Day. After October 13, ballots will need to be returned in person to a Ballot Return Station during designated service hours. Those who have not received a ballot by October 14 are asked to contact the Municipal Office at 705-753-2250 or elections@westnipissing.ca. 

It is important to note that the Municipal Office is the only designated location to register to vote, make changes to your voter information, and obtain a new or a replacement ballot. Voters can attend the Municipal Office anytime during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding Thanksgiving Monday), and during extended business hours listed below.
