Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Nipissing proposes to enact By-law 2026/14, pursuant to Section 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to sell to the abutting owner, the surplus real property described as Block C, Plan M-477 (vacant land on Bourgault Street), Town of Sturgeon Falls, Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing in accordance with By-law 2021/18 for the sale and other disposition of real property.
The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting on March 17, 2026. Written comments may be provided to the Municipal Clerk at the address below.
