The Council of the Municipality of West Nipissing will consider a by-law at the regular meeting of Council on June 2, 2026 at 6:30PM to stop up and close the unmaintained Northcote Avenue road allowance lying south of Sabourin Road, being PIN no. 49078-0087, and more particularly described as Northcote Ave, Plan 35, Township of Springer, Municipality of West Nipissing, located as shown on the key map below.
The Northcote Avenue road allowance as shown on Registered Plan 35, located in the Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of lands abutting the said road allowance.
Council will, at the said meeting hear any person, by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
