Proposed Zoning By-law: Notice of Open House and Public Council Meeting in June

The Municipality of West Nipissing invites all interested persons to attend a Statutory Public Meeting on the review and update of the Zoning By-law.

Please note that the most recent draft of the Zoning By-law is Version 3. It is available now on the project web page. Residents can find their zone in the adjoining Schedule documents.

The Zoning By-law applies to all lands in the Municipality and regulates land use, building location, and development standards such as height, setbacks, permitted uses, and parking. The update will align the By-law with current provincial policies and the proposed Official Plan, while reflecting the community’s evolving needs and priorities.

Public input is an important part of this process. The Public Meeting provides an opportunity for residents and stakeholders to review the proposed changes, ask questions, and share feedback with the project team and members of Council.
